Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team.
Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Important Notes:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  1. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
